    Regular training is offered in the OMS offices on management, sales development and personal development themes

    Coworking

    Our consultants may come work in our coworking space when they need to

    Themed conferences and fun events are organised so that consultants in the pool can meet regularly and on an informal basis

    Payment

    OMS bears the financial risk for each assignment: consultants’ invoices are paid within 30 days, whether or not the client has paid

    Access to OMS Knowledge Management: methods and skills shared between consultants in the pool. Access to a network of partner experts
