Brief
Definition of the project needs and objectives with the client
Proposition
Identification of the profiles most suited to meet the mission's requirements. Several tailored proposals suggested within 48 hrs.
Selection
Interview of the preselected consultant(s) or team(s) by the client, then final validation of the profiles that will work on the project.
Contract
Contract signing between OMS and the client.
